About The Position
Raceway Kia of Freehold is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Lot Manager or Lot Technician to support our Freehold dealership operations. This position is responsible for keeping vehicle inventory organized, presentable, and ready for customers and the sales team.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the lot
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles
Nice To Haves
- Previous dealership or inventory experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain new and pre-owned vehicle inventory
- Keep the dealership lot clean, safe, and professionally presented
- Move vehicles between departments and dealership locations as directed
- Receive, inspect, and check in incoming inventory
- Install stock numbers, license plates, window stickers, and other required materials
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, charged, and front-line ready
- Assist with dealer trades, customer deliveries, and vehicle staging
- Coordinate with sales, service, detail, and management teams
- Report inventory damage, missing keys, or location discrepancies immediately
