About The Position

AutoSavvy is hiring a full-time Lot Technician / Lot Porter in Irving, Texas. The role is an active, on-your-feet position involving vehicle movement, preparation, cleaning, inspection, fueling, and organization across indoor and outdoor areas. The starting pay is $17.00 per hour. The schedule is five days per week, Monday through Saturday, with one weekday off (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). Store operating hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, authorization to work in the United States, the ability to pass a background check, and the use of a multi-factor authentication app on a cell phone. The role involves standing and walking for extended periods, occasionally lifting up to approximately 50 pounds or more, frequent bending and stooping, and getting in and out of vehicles. Work takes place indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and involves cleaning tools, vacuums, and other equipment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Move and stage vehicles between lots and display areas.
• Assist the sales team with vehicle readiness.
• Clean and detail vehicles for sale and delivery.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet presentation standards.
• Fuel vehicles and maintain lot organization.
• Jump-start vehicle batteries as needed.
• Verify window stickers and inventory accuracy.
• Secure vehicles and keys at closing.
• Assist with incoming deliveries and transfers between locations.
