About The Position

Bish’s RV is seeking a motivated and hardworking Lot Porter to transport RV units around the dealership and maintain clean, organized, professional dealership grounds. The role supports sales, service, and delivery operations by moving RVs safely and on schedule, preparing units for pickup or delivery, and keeping inventory and display areas presentable. Training is provided for RV movement and dealership procedures. Safety equipment and uniforms are provided, and the role offers opportunities to grow into dealership operations or service positions.

Requirements

• Be reliable and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
• Be comfortable operating and maneuvering RVs, trailers, and large vehicles; training is provided.
• Be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Demonstrate alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions.

Nice To Haves

• Prior forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Move and park RVs, trailers, and motorhomes as directed.
• Assist with staging and preparing units for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lot, inventory units, and display areas.
• Deliver and retrieve RVs for service, detailing, or sales.
• Assist with snow removal and other weather-related upkeep.
• Follow safety protocols when moving RVs.
