Key responsibilities include ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off of employees and vehicles, shuttling employees to and from auxiliary parking lots and remote sites on sale days, and performing daily maintenance checks on company vehicles. The role also emphasizes a strong commitment to safety, working with the Market Safety Manager to support safety activities. The specialist will collaborate with management to review work volumes, plan staffing levels, monitor departmental performance against KPIs, and develop strategies for improvement. Leading the team by example, championing company values, and enforcing policies and procedures are also crucial aspects of this position. Overtime may be required as business needs dictate.
