Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Comfortable driving a wide variety of vehicles.
- Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the organization and appearance of the dealership lot.
- Receive, inspect, and park incoming new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, charged, and display-ready.
- Monitor inventory placement and assist with lot organization.
- Install stock numbers, window stickers, license plate brackets, and other dealership materials.
- Perform regular lot walks to identify vehicles needing attention.
- Assist with customer vehicle deliveries as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the lot and surrounding dealership property.
- Support dealership events, vehicle displays, and special projects.
- Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure efficient vehicle flow.
