About The Position

This is a full-time position focused on maintaining the dealership's lot and equipment. Responsibilities include loading and unloading equipment, inspecting incoming equipment for damage and condition, organizing and staging equipment inventory for efficient lot operations, and maintaining the dealership grounds through landscaping and housekeeping. The role also involves assembling implements, collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience, and performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years of experience and/or training in property maintenance, inventory management, or a related field
Dependable, punctual, and career-oriented
Maintain a professional appearance
Ability to sit, stand, climb, lift 50 lbs., grasp, reach, stoop, and crouch, speak, listen and motor coordination skills
Own a variety of tools to assemble implements
High school diploma or GED
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Reliable source of transportation

Responsibilities

Load/unload equipment for partners, suppliers, & customers in a safe and efficient manner
Inspect incoming equipment for damage, missing components, and overall condition upon arrival at the dealership
Organize, stage, and maintain equipment inventory to ensure accurate tracking and efficient lot operations
Maintain dealership grounds and property appearance through mowing, trimming, landscaping, and general housekeeping activities
Assemble implements as needed
Work closely with internal team members to provide the best total ownership experience to our customers
Perform other duties as requested by the Service Manager & Shop Foreman
