About The Position

Join the Avis Budget Group team as a Maintenance Lot Attendant and support daily fleet operations at our airport locations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and keeping things organized. Your efforts will directly contribute to ensuring vehicles are ready for customers, lots are well-organized, and the rental process is smooth and efficient. You will be responsible for moving fleet vehicles, inventorying them, entering their status into a handheld device, and maintaining the tidiness and safety of parking areas. Accurate tracking and positioning of vehicles are crucial for fleet readiness and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Willingness to work outdoors, near a mechanical shop with moderate noise levels, and drive vehicles in all weather conditions
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Continuously stand, walk, sit and kneel frequently
• Must be able to enter, exit, and drive a variety of vehicles in all weather conditions
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Regular, on-site presence is required and cannot be performed remotely
