Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred
Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements
Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes
Automotive or auction experience preferred
Proficiency with computer systems and applications
Ability to comprehend alphanumeric order and motor vehicle traffic signs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in all weather conditions.
Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills.
Hardworking, motivated team player who collaborates well with multiple departments and customers.
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to follow basic English instructions.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

Coordinate lot driving activities by guiding drivers to ensure the correct vehicles are moved and staged efficiently.
Monitor workflow across the lot, provide direction as needed, and support overall operational accuracy.
Safely operate motor vehicles and practice conservative, cautious, and courteous driving habits.
Safely move, stage, and park various makes, models, sizes, and conditions of vehicles in designated lot areas throughout the shift.
Scan parked vehicles in the Internal Tracking system to maintain accurate inventory and record movement.
Jump-start vehicles using a battery box as required.
Maintain work areas to ensure a safe environment and promptly notify managers of all driving-related incidents or potential hazards.
Ensure that company policies, procedures, and state or federal laws are followed.
Perform any other duties assigned by the designated manager.
