Our auto auctions, some spanning up to 200 acres, handle a vast inventory of vehicles across North America. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements
  • Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes
  • Automotive or auction experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computer systems and applications
  • Ability to comprehend alphanumeric order and motor vehicle traffic signs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in all weather conditions.
  • Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Hardworking, motivated team player who collaborates well with multiple departments and customers.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to follow basic English instructions.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate lot driving activities by guiding drivers to ensure the correct vehicles are moved and staged efficiently.
  • Monitor workflow across the lot, provide direction as needed, and support overall operational accuracy.
  • Safely operate motor vehicles and practice conservative, cautious, and courteous driving habits.
  • Safely move, stage, and park various makes, models, sizes, and conditions of vehicles in designated lot areas throughout the shift.
  • Scan parked vehicles in the Internal Tracking system to maintain accurate inventory and record movement.
  • Jump-start vehicles using a battery box as required.
  • Maintain work areas to ensure a safe environment and promptly notify managers of all driving-related incidents or potential hazards.
  • Ensure that company policies, procedures, and state or federal laws are followed.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the designated manager.
