About The Position
As a member of the Front End Customer Service Team, the Lot Attendant helps ensure customers end their shopping trips with a positive experience. The role involves providing friendly customer service, carefully handling bagged items, and keeping the parking lot clear and safe. The attendant helps leave a lasting impression and encourage customers to return to Wegmans.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot by gathering shopping carts and picking up garbage.
- Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling.
- Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank customers for shopping at Wegmans.
- Offer additional service during inclement weather.
- Carefully handle bagged items.
