About The Position

The Lot Attendant is the first and last impression for guests arriving at the establishment. The role is responsible for parking, arranging, and moving vehicles around the facility. The attendant should have a friendly disposition, strong attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems and develop a plan. Successful candidates work well as part of a team and independently. The position requires standing for long periods and passing pre-employment background, drug, and motor vehicle record checks.

Requirements

• Excel in customer service.
• Be able to drive and park vehicles efficiently.
• Be a team player and able to problem-solve.
• Be able to maintain a crisp and clean appearance.
• Be able to pass background and drug testing; applicants must also pass a motor vehicle record review.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Be at least 19 years of age.
• Possess a valid, unexpired, unsuspended state driver's license with no pending Failures to Appear (FTA).
• Have no major or capital violation on the driving record, no more than one at-fault accident of any type in the last three years, and no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Previous valet experience.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
