About The Position

Leith Honda is seeking a Lot Attendant to join their team. The Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the neatness and organization of the vehicle inventory, ensuring vehicles are parked in their proper locations, and supporting the Sales or Service departments. This role ensures the vehicles under the dealership's care are kept in good condition and that vehicle pathways maintain proper flow. The position involves direct customer interaction in the service drive and requires a commitment to excellent customer service and safety.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Keep inventory neat and well maintained.
Ensure vehicles are parked in proper places.
Provide support to Sales or Service departments in maintaining vehicle condition.
Ensure all vehicle pathways maintain proper flow.
Meet and greet clients in the service drive.
Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking.
Park vehicles after advisor check-in.
Pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives.
Keep the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently.
Get vehicles to/from wash as needed.
Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned.
