About The Position

Leith Honda is seeking a Lot Attendant to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining the neatness and organization of the vehicle inventory, ensuring vehicles are parked in their proper locations, and supporting the Sales or Service departments. The Lot Attendant plays a key role in maintaining the condition of all vehicles under the dealership's care and ensuring smooth traffic flow within the dealership.

Key responsibilities include greeting clients in the service drive, tagging incoming vehicles for tracking, parking vehicles after advisor check-in, and retrieving them after completion. The role also involves keeping the service drive clean and organized, managing traffic efficiently, transporting vehicles to and from the wash, and tracking completed vehicles from the wash. Additionally, the Lot Attendant will provide customer service by assisting with inquiries and directing customers, and ensure the safety and security of vehicles and the premises.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Keeping inventory neat and well maintained
• Keeping vehicles in proper places
• Providing support to Sales or Service departments in maintaining all vehicles condition
• Ensuring all vehicle pathways maintain proper flow
• Meet and Greet clients in the service drive
• Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day
• Parking vehicles after advisor check in
• Pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives
• Keeping the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently
• Getting vehicles to/from wash as needed
• Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction
• Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately
• Other duties as assigned
