Lot Attendant - Non-Union
About The Position
Lupient Buick GMC in Golden Valley is looking for a part time Lot Attendant/Porter to join our team! No experience necessary, just come to work with energy and a great attitude; we’ll teach you the rest. We are committed to delivering a customer experience second to none and want you to be a part of our dedicated team. This is a part time position working late afternoon/evenings, and Saturdays. The Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the lot, as well as assisting with vehicle and departmental logistics, and customer service as needed. It is a physical job requiring but not limited to lots of walking, being outside, moving, cleaning, and maintaining our vehicles’ readiness.
Requirements
- Ability to professionally and effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and other dealerships
- Must have a strong work ethic and act with integrity and professionalism
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Ability to physically walk indoor and outdoor most of your shift
- Current valid driver’s license with driving record that meets insurance company standards

Responsibilities
- Check-in New and Used Vehicles
- Move, gas, and broom cars.
- Maintain a ready for sale inventory by organizing vehicle parking, vehicle cleanliness, gas, and snow removal. May include removing debris, light snow removal on sidewalks, entrances, etc…
- Clean cars, including but not limited to, wash, windows and vacuum
- Prep for delivery by cleaning car, install accessories, floor mats and license plates
- Add fluids, jump batteries, or any misc. reconditioning to ensure sale ready
- Valet vehicles for customers, to and from Vendors, pick up misc. dealer supplies, and gas
- Have strong understanding of Inventory Operations
