About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Lot Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at its Market Hubs. The role includes coordinating with coworkers to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Team members inspect, wash, vacuum, and prepare inventory while communicating with coworkers, vendors, and management. This is a full-time position with regular, predictable attendance requirements. The stated pay range is $15–$16 per hour, with performance-based opportunities to earn increases during the first year.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a complete background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and carry or transport up to 60 pounds for up to 20 feet.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and frequently stretch, reach, walk, stoop, push, and/or pull.
• Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Requires frequent driving and some typing.
• Must use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Complete a multi-point inspection on arriving inventory, including checking fuel level, safety features, drivability, and proper display of company and state disclosures.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Interact and communicate with team members and management across the business.
• Adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
