LOT ATTENDANT - OVERNIGHT (10pm - 6:30am)
About The Position
As a lot attendant, you will greet and help customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will help ensure the smooth operation of the parking lot by making sure vehicles are parked correctly and safely and by providing excellent customer service. You will drive a company vehicle to conduct nightly car counts at each garage using a License Plate Recognition (LPR) device. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability.
- Valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and issues encountered.
- Monitor the parking facility to help ensure the safety and security of customers and their vehicles.
- Ensure vehicles are parked in an orderly and safe manner.
- Conduct routine vehicle car counts and report any issues.
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Provide clear directions and information about parking rates and payment options.
- Report security concerns, incidents, or maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities or management.
- Assist fellow team members during busy periods or when needed.
- Help customers park and locate available spaces, and provide directions or other assistance as needed.
- Keep parking lots and surrounding areas clean and free of debris, including trash cans.
- Provide exceptional customer service to help maximize profitability.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and clearing debris from parking areas and walkways.
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs for timely repairs.
- Drive a company vehicle to conduct nightly car counts at each garage using an LPR device.
