As an Automotive Sales Lot Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a strong first impression by ensuring our vehicles and sales lot are organized, presentable, and customer-ready. By taking ownership of inventory flow and lot appearance, you’ll help deliver a seamless and professional experience for both customers and team members. Requirements

Valid Driver’s License (Required).
Must be at least 20 years of age.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work any assigned shift based on operational needs.
Internal candidates must have completed their probationary period with excellent attendance and performance.

Responsibilities

Control the flow of vehicles on the lot, including inventory management, logging new arrivals, and updating vehicle status in the fleet computer system.
Maintain lot merchandising standards by ensuring vehicles are frontline ready with correct pricing stickers, buyer’s guides, and frame plates.
Park, align, and organize vehicles to maintain a clean, professional, and presentable sales lot.
Manage the back-overflow lot and assist with shuttling vehicles to vendors, supporting dealer trades, and picking up customers as needed.
Assist with maintaining fuel logs, filing reports, and completing additional reports requested by the Location Manager.
