About The Position

Audi Raleigh is seeking a Part-Time Lot Attendant to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining the neatness and organization of the vehicle inventory, ensuring vehicles are parked in their proper locations, and supporting the Sales or Service departments. The Lot Attendant plays a key role in maintaining the condition of all vehicles under the dealership's care and ensuring smooth traffic flow within the service drive.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Current valid driver’s license.
Clean driving record, no blemishes.

Responsibilities

Keep inventory neat and well maintained.
Ensure vehicles are parked in proper places.
Provide support to Sales or Service departments in maintaining all vehicles condition.
Ensure all vehicle pathways maintain proper flow.
Meet and Greet clients in the service drive.
Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day.
Park vehicles after advisor check in.
Pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives.
Keep the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently.
Get vehicles to/from wash as needed.
Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned.
