About The Position
Audi Cary is seeking a Lot Attendant to join the Holman team. The Lot Attendant is responsible for keeping vehicle inventory organized and properly placed, supporting Sales and Service teams by maintaining vehicles and ensuring smooth lot traffic flow. This role involves greeting clients, tagging vehicles, parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining a clean service drive, transporting vehicles to and from the wash, staging completed vehicles, and ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and premises.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Keep vehicle inventory organized and properly placed
- Support Sales and Service teams by maintaining vehicles and ensuring smooth lot traffic flow
- Greet clients in the service drive and assist with inquiries
- Tag incoming vehicles for tracking
- Park vehicles after check-in and retrieve them when customers arrive
- Maintain a clean, efficient service drive
- Transport vehicles to and from the wash as needed
- Monitor and promptly stage completed vehicles
- Ensure the safety and security of vehicles and premises
- Perform other duties as assigned
