About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Lot Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at its Market Hubs. The role includes coordinating with coworkers to support timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position. The listed pay range is $17–$18 per hour, with a starting rate of $17 per hour and performance-based increases of $0.25 at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months through the Careers Not Jobs program, subject to eligibility. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past three years.
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and carry and transport up to 60 pounds for up to 20 feet.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and frequently stretch, reach, walk, stoop, push, and/or pull.
Must have excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
Must be able to drive frequently and do some typing.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.

High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns.
Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
Complete multi-point inspections of arriving inventory, including checking fuel level, safety features, drivability, and proper display of company and state disclosures.
Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
Communicate and interact with team members and management across the business.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
