Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to operate vehicles safely on the lot including manual and automatic transmissions.
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot including washing and detailing vehicles.
Move vehicles safely around the lot and to and from the service department as needed.
Assist with inventory management by parking and staging vehicles according to dealership guidelines.
Keep equipment and tools clean and in good working condition.
Support the sales and service teams as required, including delivering vehicles to customers.
Follow all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
