Requirements

• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Keep service drive clean and orderly,keep the customer lounge clean and orderly.
• Park incoming customer cars and stage customer vehicles for pickup
• Provide support for the service advisors by assisting when needed.
• Drive the shuttle to pick up and deliver customers as needed.
• Make key tags for service vehicles using Keytrack.
• Wash vehicles when needed, clean facility when needed.
• Must always keep a neat clean appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
