About The Position
Lot Associates assist customers with loading their vehicles and monitor and maintain the store entrance. They also ensure that a sufficient quantity of carts is available near the entrance. The role involves interacting with Home Depot associates and customers, and customer service is especially important because Lot Associates are often the first and last associates customers interact with when entering or leaving the store. Some positions require frequent direct customer interaction.
