About The Position
We’re currently seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor to help lead the safety and security of the hotel’s guests, associates and assets. This job is all about how you react, or just as important, don’t react, in a crisis. It’s about staying a step (or five) ahead of potentially dangerous situations, identifying and managing them with professionalism, sound judgment and in accordance with our policies. As a Supervisor, you’ll lead by example, support the Loss Prevention team and help ensure safety and security procedures are consistently followed.
Requirements
- Passionate about safety and security with similar work experience.
- Previous experience supporting or supervising a safety and security team.
- Experience in safety and security operations.
- Team player.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
Nice To Haves
- A post-secondary diploma, degree or industry-related certifications would be a plus.
