This role partners closely with HR, Operations Leadership, and Security teams to gather evidence, conduct interviews, and ensure all investigations comply with company standards and legal requirements. This role supports organizational integrity by driving accurate investigations, recommending preventive measures, and reinforcing loss prevention policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in investigations, loss prevention, or related field
  • Deep understanding of industry principles and terminology
  • Working knowledge of standard office software and technologies
  • Ability to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company security protocols during investigations
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Investigate suspected employee theft, fraud, and misconduct within the warehouse environment.
  • Collect and analyze evidence including transaction data, shipping records, surveillance footage, and witness statements.
  • Conduct interviews with employees and witnesses in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Prepare detailed investigation reports and present findings to HR and management for action.
  • Collaborate with HR on disciplinary measures and termination processes when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of investigative activities and ensure alignment with audit and compliance requirements.
  • Recommend preventive measures and process improvements to reduce internal theft opportunities.
  • Assist in training supervisors and employees on loss prevention policies, ethical practices, and security protocols.
