About The Position
As a Loss Prevention Associate, you help protect the company’s assets by preventing loss and providing a secure environment for customers and employees. The role focuses on identifying and reducing internal and external theft, investigating fraud, documenting incidents, and meeting individual case goals. Associates must be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
- Identify and reduce sources of loss from internal and external theft to control shrinkage.
- Apprehend shoplifters according to company directives and state laws.
- Maintain case logs and incident reports.
- Conduct investigations, including credit card and check fraud.
- Achieve individual case goals.
