About The Position
Loss Mitigation Specialists is a full-time on-site position located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Loss Mitigation Specialists are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of loss mitigation requests, compliance with federal privacy law, and responding to inquiries from borrowers, heirs, title and real estate agents, and estate attorneys. The Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.
Requirements
- Knowledge of loan servicing and loss mitigation techniques
- Experience in a customer service, mortgage servicing setting, or real estate
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial information
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent is required
- Detail-oriented, able to handle confidential and sensitive data, proficient in using software
- Customer service experience
- 1+ years loan servicing or real estate experience
- Ability to review and analyze legal documents
- Strong problem solving & critical thinking ability
- Exceptional written and oral communication
- Competent in organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization
- Ability to work well as an individual contributor as well as be part of a team
- Detail oriented with attention to accuracy
- Impeccable punctuality and attendance
- Highly dependable (daily responsibilities/tasks, and project deadlines)
- Proven Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience
- Positive attitude and professional image at all times
- Mandatory successful completion of a federal background check to include criminal background check, credit check, and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities
- Process incoming requests for loss mitigation intervention.
- Receive and resolve correspondence from borrowers and other interested parties.
- Provide regular reporting to management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and interactions.
- Adhere to all established company policies and procedures.
