Loss Draft Check Specialist
About The Position
The Loss Draft Check Specialist I is responsible for securing all incoming loss draft checks and handling them as instructed by the loss draft team. This position will also handle a variety of deposits and ACH payments. Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Windows based environment – specifically Word, Excel, and Access
- Works well in a team environment
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Perform various data entry functions as needed.
- Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors.
- Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Print Deposit and Stamp and Go/Special Instruction Reports
- Pulls checks based on Deposit
- Complete the deposit process to hand off to Treasury
- Pull Stamp and Go/Special Instruction Checks
- Complete S&G/SI process for hand off to Mail Team.
- Perform other clerical duties when supervisor requests
