About The Position

Associated Services Inspections, Ltd. (ASI) is a commercial and residential inspection company providing underwriting reports to insurance carriers and underwriters. ASI inspectors assess commercial, residential, and agricultural properties, documenting conditions and risk factors through detailed reports and photographs. The role is offered as an independent contractor position and pays a flat fee per case based on client requirements, inspection type, and assignment complexity. Most standard inspections pay $70–$75, with higher fees for specialized or technically advanced cases. Inspectors receive assignments electronically, arrange appointments with insureds, and conduct on-site evaluations. They document findings through ASI’s online platform and complete reports using Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch. The role may involve travel within a 50-mile radius; the posting notes that covering a wider area may result in receiving more cases.
