About The Position

Associated Services Inspections, Ltd. (ASI) is a commercial and residential inspection company that provides underwriting reports to insurance carriers and underwriters. Inspectors work as independent contractors and are paid a competitive flat fee per case, based on client requirements, inspection type, and assignment complexity. Most standard inspections pay $70–$75, with higher fees for specialized or technically advanced cases. Inspectors receive assignments electronically, arrange appointments with insureds, and conduct on-site evaluations of commercial, residential, or agricultural properties. They document property conditions and risk factors, take photographs and measurements, interview insureds, update assignment status through ASI’s online platform, and complete reports using Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch. The role involves travel within a 50-mile radius; covering a larger area may result in receiving more cases.
