About The Position
The Loss Control Analyst position is an investigative position that will assist BancFirst Operational Security Management with operational loss prevention, detection, investigation, and recovery activities.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work under limited supervision, with latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must possess the ability to perform in a highly sensitive environment and deal with confidential matters.
Nice To Haves
- Banking/Audit experience preferred but not required.
- Investigations experience preferred but not required.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain processes to address loss prevention, operational risks, and compliance.
- Assist with the design and implementation of risk detection or monitoring systems.
- Stay abreast of risk developments that could impact BancFirst or its customers.
- Review and research reports and/or alerts pertaining to various potential fraud related activities and investigate as necessary.
- Manage and maintain investigations through a case management system.
- Support Bank personnel in their efforts to minimize operational risk and losses.
- Support the formulation and execution of loss prevention education efforts.
- Interface with law enforcement officials and other external parties.
- Assist Operational Security Management in additional job-related tasks as assigned.
