Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid Tennessee Teaching License or Substitute Teaching License preferred
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of classroom teaching experience preferred
- Experience in urban or charter school settings a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instruction and maintain continuity of learning by following lesson plans and supporting student achievement in assigned classrooms.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment through effective classroom management and meaningful student engagement.
- Adapt instruction to meet the diverse academic and behavioral needs of students while maintaining a productive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with school staff to support student progress and ensure a smooth continuation of classroom routines.
