Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid Tennessee Teaching License or Substitute Teaching License preferred

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of classroom teaching experience preferred
• Experience in urban or charter school settings a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction and maintain continuity of learning by following lesson plans and supporting student achievement in assigned classrooms.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment through effective classroom management and meaningful student engagement.
• Adapt instruction to meet the diverse academic and behavioral needs of students while maintaining a productive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student progress and ensure a smooth continuation of classroom routines.
