About The Position
Middletown Public Schools is seeking a Long Term Substitute Music Teacher for Macdonough Elementary School. This position will cover a .9 FTE at Macdonough and a .1 FTE at Legacy. The role is expected to last from immediately through late October/Early November, though this is an estimate. The daily hours are from 8:35 a.m. to 4:01 p.m. The school district's mission is to cultivate the brilliance in each student, emphasizing empowerment, community, growth, and authenticity.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- At least 12 credits in music education (if the assignment extends beyond 60 days).

- 049 Music Certification.
Responsibilities
- Teach music to students at Macdonough Elementary School and Legacy Elementary School.
