We are seeking a Full Time (FT) Long Term Care (LTC) Bath Aide to join our Nursing Services department. This role is focused on providing personal care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Completion of 75-hour Nursing Assistant Training Course with current Nebraska certification required
• Strong attention to detail and a caring, respectful approach

Nice To Haves

• Completion of 40-hour Medication Aide Course with current certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, hair care, oral hygiene, and other daily needs
• Assist with safe repositioning, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitor residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being—reporting changes to the Charge Nurse
• Keep accurate records of care and observations
• Help launder personal items and keep residents’ belongings fresh and clean
