Long Term Care Administrator
About The Position
Legacy Management Group is seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care Administrator to lead the overall operations of one of their skilled nursing facilities. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build a culture of quality, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional resident care. The Long-Term Care Administrator will provide strategic and day-to-day leadership while overseeing operational performance, regulatory compliance, financial results, employee engagement, and quality outcomes. This position works closely with facility leadership and corporate support to strengthen operations and ensure the continued success of the facility.
Requirements
- Active Nursing Facility Administrator license in the applicable state
- Bachelor's degree, as required by the state's Board of Examiners of Nursing Facility Administrators
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, facility operations, and quality improvement
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A visible, approachable, and results-driven leadership style
- Ability to balance quality resident care, employee needs, regulatory requirements, and financial responsibilities
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting strongly preferred
