About The Position

In particular, we want somebody that can grow to be great, an English-speaking detail oriented and reliable all-star to work with our team to create content for our Youtube Channel. In particular, we are looking for someone world class to help us generate more customers (not subscribers) and along the way build an audience that knows us, like us and trusts us (KLT!). We want to train you to become the best in the world at what you do. Our strategy is to invest in your development by working with the best agencies and consultants in the world. We want you to over time be in charge of 90% of content creation. Main Objective: Huge successful YouTube channel for our target avatar/niche.

Requirements

  • Must be able to make this a full-time job after the trial period.
  • Keen on working together for at least three years.
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends if the occasion calls for it.
  • Ability to work at odd hours due to global team collaboration.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English.
  • Experience of writing, preferably on the internet.
  • Understanding of why writing on the internet is different from academic writing.
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, longevity, health & fitness.
  • Enjoy learning about new topics.
  • Good at figuring stuff out.
  • Willing and able to learn new skills by using Google and YouTube.
  • Do not shy away from responsibility.
  • Experience of growing on social media, either for yourself or for other people.
  • High work ethic (Monday-Saturday).
  • Team player committed to client wins.
  • Webcam and fast internet required for remote work.

  • Perfecting video titles

  • Repurposing content on all platforms
  • Being a Caleb (referring to a specific YouTube video)
  • Generating 10 video ideas per week
  • Writing scripts
  • Selecting video ideas
  • Writing titles
  • Working with Videographer / Video Editor & Helping with Thumbnail
  • Uploading video
  • Creating 2 tweets per day
  • Creating 3 threads per week
  • Reviewing weekly tweets and threads to identify high-performing content for YouTube videos
  • Developing content for a YouTube channel with the goal of reaching 100k+ subscribers
  • Producing 1 video per week
  • Finding content-market-creator fit
