About The Position

This role involves hands-on work to keep a warehouse humming by safely and efficiently moving materials. The position requires operating forklifts and a yard tractor (yard dog) to move, stage, and store products, as well as loading and unloading trucks. The operator will also contribute to warehouse layout design and maintenance, perform forklift inspections, and work collaboratively with a team to meet daily targets. Safety is paramount, and participation in ongoing training is expected.

Requirements

• Valid forklift license and certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated experience with forklifts and material handling systems.
• Detail orientation and an unwavering commitment to safety.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
• Reliable communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina; able to lift heavy objects when needed.
• Proficiency with forklifts.
• Familiarity with material handling systems.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities
