About The Position

As a Logistics Warehouse Representative within our Warehousing and Distribution team in Bristol, Pennsylvania, you’ll support the accurate movement, processing, and documentation of materials that enable our global clinical operations. This is an on-site role that combines technology-driven, computer-based inventory work with hands-on receiving, order preparation, and shipping activities. You’ll help maintain accurate data and inventory while ensuring materials are processed and prepared efficiently and reliably. Join us and help keep critical operations moving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related environment.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or an industrial or administrative environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting inventory control and the receipt, processing, picking, staging, packing, or shipment of goods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data and documentation while working with computer-based inventory and operational processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems is strongly preferred, with Oracle experience beneficial.
  • Pick/pack and shipping experience with FedEx and UPS is preferred; forklift experience or logistics-related professional training is also a plus.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and cross-functionally.
  • Ability to perform the hands-on material handling activities required by the role and work on-site in Bristol, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and complete inventory transactions, counts, data entry, and process documentation within Oracle and other applicable systems.
  • Pick, stage, and commission work orders and sales orders while maintaining stock accuracy across assigned areas.
  • Receive, unpack, inspect, and process incoming inventory materials and supplies in accordance with established procedures.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, weighing, and labeling goods according to applicable specifications and guidelines.
  • Coordinate material flow and shipping activities, including working with internal stakeholders and supporting efficient, on-time movement of materials.
  • Support warehouse process improvements and ERP-related activities while performing hands-on material handling and other physical warehouse duties as required.
