Requirements

Minimum of a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
One to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Assist associates by organizing, managing, and cleaning backroom spaces and fixture storage areas.
Organize, communicate, and coordinate scheduling effectively with all levels within the organization before transporting freight/fixtures to the various departments/off-site warehouse
Coordinate with the receiving team to maintain a high level of organization in the freight room and drop zone
Plan for a large seasonal shipment in addition to maintaining the flow of freight all year
Assist customers and salespeople with retrieving and loading purchased products
Maintain orderly appearance of personal workspace and surrounding areas, including off-site warehouses
Be knowledgeable of all equipment and tools, and how to use them properly
Assist in the removal of snow and debris from walkways, rooftops, and landscaping around the building
Update warehouse inventory
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills. Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively and promptly
Ability to work with a team. Able to fill in or help out to cover absences in the area (including but not limited to: going on deliveries, helping with product builds / set-ups, filling in for Merchandisers as needed, etc.)
