Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service support roles, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management processes, discrepancy resolution, shipping coordination, sales order tracking, and warehouse transaction review.
  • Experience handling documentation and compliance processes, including receiving logs, shipment paperwork, RDR processes, and nonconforming inventory resolution.
  • Ability to identify operational issues, analyze information using standard procedures, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively support both internal teams and external customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to branch services requests (shipping issues, line-item adjustments, sales order tracking, receiving expedites, etc.).
  • Review transactions related to open stores and LIC or LIR in the warehouse and provide resolution.
  • Manage and provide paperwork as it relates to RDR, receiving logs, shipment documents and other requests.
  • Responsible for product conformance review through RDR process & resolution of issues behind nonconforming inventory.
  • Inventory discrepancy resolution from reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions.
