About The Position

Oversee MRO inventory, warehouse operations, and materials management at the Scarborough (West Hill) site to ensure accurate inventory and reliable support for plant operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ experience in industrial MRO, warehouse management, maintenance, or supply chain in a plant environment.
  • Experience managing spare parts inventory and working with SAP or similar CMMS systems.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize site MRO inventory levels and organization.
  • Classify, standardize, and rationalize inventory across storerooms and laydown areas.
  • Set and maintain inventory parameters (min/max, reorder points, safety stock, ABC classification).
  • Maintain critical spare parts programs aligned with reliability needs.
  • Manage replenishment, analyze surplus/obsolete materials, and implement disposition strategies.
  • Govern material master data in SAP/CMMS, ensuring accurate item setup and coding.
  • Track inventory KPIs and generate reports for performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, inspections, labeling, and documentation.
  • Stage materials for maintenance, outages, and capital projects.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Reliability, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve inventory strategy.
