About The Position

If you like staying active, working with your hands, and keeping things moving, this is your kind of role. Your main focus will be building boxes from pallets, running a forklift, and keeping the production area clean and supplied. You’ll also help support operations by handling trash, recycling, and making sure lines stay stocked and running. No advanced maintenance experience needed—we’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and ready to jump in.

Requirements

• Ability to work with your hands and use basic tools
• Comfortable learning or operating a forklift
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Strong work ethic—you show up and get the job done
• Ability to lift, move, and stay on your feet throughout the shift
• Team player mindset

Responsibilities

• Build boxes from pallets using tools
• Use a forklift to move materials, pallets, and boxes
• Keep production lines stocked with boxes
• Handle trash and recycling throughout the shift
• Support the floor with material movement and cleanup
• Perform basic troubleshooting or report issues when something isn’t right
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
