Requirements
- Ability to operate power tools like nail guns, hammers, and saws.
- Basic math skills - nothing too fancy, just the basics.
- A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in construction, carpentry, or similar hands-on work is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Repair pallets using power tools (nail guns, saws, hammers)
- Inspect and restore pallets to top condition.
- Work fast, hit goals, and keep safety first
- Stay on the move-lifting, bending, and stacking all shift long
- Keep your workspace clean and organized
- Be ready for overtime when needed (extra $$!)
