10080 - Logistics Technical Advisor Support - Senior Key Responsibilities: Provide senior-level logistics technical advisor support for assigned F-16 programs in accordance with program and FMS requirements. Maintain an active and accurate configuration database identifying aircraft and commodity Technical Order Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs), including Safety of Flight items, applicable to country F-16 fleets. Support review and processing of Country Standard Technical Orders (CSTOs) and USAF Technical Order requests and provide recommendations to the Program Manager. Support USAF material managers and prime weapon system contractors in developing accurate spares and support equipment listings. Ensure all logistics technical support aspects are identified, including spares, support equipment, modifications, technical data, and repair requirements. Assist with researching and documenting parts required for modification kits, including obsolete or hard-to-source items. Support kit build-up, shipment coordination, and delivery to customer countries. Act as liaison with widely dispersed team members to prepare Technical Orders, briefings, reports, correspondence, agendas, and meeting minutes. Provide oversight of kit proofing and aircraft or parts modification activities at depot, CONUS, and OCONUS locations. Coordinate with depots to initiate organic workload capabilities, including preparation of AF Form 206 documentation and shipment of completed workload items. Prepare and present program briefings and charts for official program and customer reviews. Support configuration management control over all temporary modifications to the F-16 weapon system. Assist with preparation and coordination of Viper Change Requests (VCRs), Engineering Project Requests (EPRs), and related documentation. Support development and maintenance of technical data, drawings, feasibility studies, and coordination with engineering and system equipment specialists. Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes and requirements. Provide guidance and oversight to junior and journeyman logistics personnel. Required Qualifications Demonstrated advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized expertise in aircraft logistics management. Minimum of 10 years of fighter or related aircraft logistics management or equipment specialist experience. Experience performing duties independently with detailed knowledge of FMS program requirements. Extensive background in logistics management, Technical Orders, depot repair processes, and aircraft maintenance. Education & Certification Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience, at least five of which must be in the DoD, OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years of experience, at least five of which must be in the DoD, OR A minimum of 15 years of directly related experience with appropriate certifications, at least eight of which must be in the DoD. Clearance Requirement Active Secret security clearance required. U.S. citizenship required.
