We are seeking a Logistics Technician to support the daily operations of our Shipping and Receiving Department while assisting other departments as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

Ability to perform simple math in the duties of counting and reconciling inventory
Complete and maintain legible and accurate paperwork associated with assigned duties with beer inventory, labeling of products, create UPS labels
Ability to manage and prioritize First-in-First-Out (FIFO) when building custom orders, loading trucks and putting away various materials
Communicate with and assist other departments with inventory questions and aid in coordinating events/releases
Communicate effectively with Distributors, trucking companies, drivers, vendors, and sales
Ability to pass and maintain forklift Certification
Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable to operate company vehicles
Computer knowledge with (Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office)
Ability to lift 70 lbs. repeatedly
Ability to lift 165 lbs. buddy lift
Ability to be on your feet for up to 12 hours a day
Ability to work in a cooler/refrigerator for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours)
Ability to organize and direct the workflow of a workday

Responsibilities

Support the daily operations of the Shipping and Receiving Department.
Assist other departments as needed.
