Requirements

High school diploma/GED.
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment

Nice To Haves

1+ years of experience driving a forklift
SAP experience
Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, reach daily and as needed to perform all job functions.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work in a team as well as independently.
Basic PC knowledge Microsoft excel, Word.
Must be able to follow procedures, best practices, and report unsafe and unprofessional behavior.
Ability to work with multiple priorities of the business.

Responsibilities

Form bolt kits for units based on the pick list and bill of materials
Validate that kits are correct in terms of part numbers and quantities
Deliver bolt kits to work areas in a timely manner, according to production schedule
Maintain a clean and organized work area, which includes bolt storage and point of usage
Conduct counts of bolt inventory as needed
Report to department supervisor of any additional needs of handling equipment or storage space
Communicate constantly with supervisor and cell Technicians to ensure there are no disruptions to production due to bolt kits
Flex to other work areas in the factory as needed. Additional work areas to flex include but are not limited to: - Water jet for insulation cutter - ESAB - Tubing
Communicate to Material Planner to ensure proper inventory levels of bolts and to avoid unplanned outages
Work in communication with Logistics team as needed
