About The Position

The Logistics Team Member is responsible for unloading freight, breaking down pallets, unpacking totes, and stocking items across all departments. This is a fast-paced, physical role that also requires providing a friendly and efficient customer experience. Morning availability is sought. The work takes place in a warehouse environment that may involve temperature fluctuations, noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces. The schedule must be flexible to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, self-motivated, and dependable; comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Split, sort, stage, and stock incoming freight to the sales floor.
• Move prepared freight to the sales floor in an organized, safe, and efficient manner.
• Ensure products are stocked accurately and on time.
• Return warehouse carts and restore work areas to standards by the end of the shift.
• Clean shelves, product displays, counters, and workspaces as needed.
• Assist in maintaining merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines, operating procedures, and product freshness and quality standards.
• Provide a friendly and efficient customer experience.
