About The Position

As a Logistics Team Lead, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future. The role: As a Logistics Team Lead, you will help drive our goals by: Coordinating and prioritizing daily workflow across Shipping and Receiving teams Supporting onboarding, on-the-job training, and cross-training to build team capability Managing packaging materials, weekly crating needs, and custom packaging solutions Owning the dock schedule, managing appointments, and resolving conflicts efficiently Arranging domestic and international freight and preparing accurate shipping documentation Ensuring accurate material weights, timely ERP transactions, and documentation integrity

Requirements

Experience in supply chain or logistics operations, ideally 5–7 years
Ability to lead, organise, problem-solve, and communicate clearly
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with ERP systems
Understanding of shipping documentation, Incoterms, or willingness to learn
Ability to work safely in a production/warehouse environment and lift up to 50 lbs
Experience coordinating freight carriers, dock schedules, and packaging needs
