The Department Lead is responsible for overseeing all functions of the Dry, Disposables, Culinary Equipment Supplies (CES), and fresh departments as assigned by Store Management. This role ensures effective inventory levels, appealing and profitable merchandise presentation, and quality customer service. The lead will also assume Manager on Duty responsibilities, including opening and closing the CHEF’STORE, in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager.
