About The Position

Temporary hire supporting DR#313-26. Position is Work from Home. This role involves performing activities related to the implementation, evaluation, design, and management of programs or services. It includes administrative, fiscal, and inventory duties to support program operations. The position requires monitoring program activities, developing status reports, collecting and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and recommending solutions. Additionally, it involves administering processes within the assigned program area, analyzing operating practices, and recommending revisions to improve procedures. The role may also support funding and proposal initiatives and develop professional relationships with key internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of program or service and ability in creating presentations and developing training modules.
  • Excellent oral and communication skills, including training and presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills to develop creative processes for continuous program or service improvements.
  • Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to work on a team.
  • The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities
